50 Thrusters 20/15 kg
30 Chest to Bar

While one of the team members is rowing, the other team member holds the barbell overhead. If the barbell is dropped, the team members switch positions (row-> barbell and barbell-> row)

Once the totaal amount of meters have been completed, the thrusters and C2B are performed in synchronisation. Both team members perform the total amount of reps.
