For time:
10 HSPU
20 Deadlifts 85/65 kg
30 Box Jumps 30"/24"
50 Pull Ups
50 Med Ball Wall Throws 20/14 lbs
20 Walking Lunges with Plate Overhead 20/15 kg

- Team member 1 must complete all of the exercises, whilst team member 2 performs Double Unders.
- After team member 1 has completed all of the reps, they switch -> team member 2 completes all of the exercises, whilst team member 1 performs Double Unders.
- After both team members have completed one round, rest 3', then repeat!
