Workout
Partners alternate whole rounds for time and complete 4 rounds each of:
250 meter Row
10 Pull Ups
10 Thrusters 43/30 kg
300 meter Run

Partner A completes 250 meters Row, 10 pull ups, 10 thrusters and a 300 meter run while Partner B rests. Partner B starts on the row as soon as Partner A completes the 300 meter run.
