Workout
A. Six sets of Overhead Squat (OHS)

Set 1 – 5 reps @ 60% of your 1RM
Set 2 – 4 reps @ 70% of your 1RM
Set 3 – 3 reps @ 80% of your 1RM
Set 4 – 2 reps @ 90% of your 1RM
Set 5 – 1 reps @ 95% of your 1RM
Set 6 – 1 reps @ 95+% of your 1RM

Rest as needed between sets.

B. Four rounds for time (4 RFT) of:
9 Over the Box Jumps 24/20 inch
7 Box Dips
5 Toes to Bar (T2B)
