Team WOD – “Roll the dice” – Gymnastics and Weightlifting

As many rounds or repetitions as possible (AMRAP) in 30 minutes of:
Gymnastics (yellow):
1. 30 Push Ups
2. 30 Toes to Bar (T2B)
3. 4 Rope Climbs
4. 30 Handstand Push Ups (HSPU)
5. 30 Burpees
6. 30 Pull Ups

Weightlifting (red):
1. 30 Hang Clean 50/30kg
2. 30 Sumo Deadlift High Pull (SDHP) 50/30kg
3. 30 Overhead Squat 50/30kg
4. 30 Deadlift 50/30kg
5. 30 Snatch 50/30kg
6. 30 Shoulder to Overhead (S2O) 50/30kg

Team members do not work simultaneously.
