Team WOD - 4 pers

For time
30 Handstand Push Ups
60 Burpees
90 Kettlebell Swing 24/16 kg
120 Hand Release Push Ups
150 Sit Ups
180 Double Unders (each)

These movements must be completed in order, one athlete working at a time. The team also has to do 250 wall balls (20/14 lbs). Wall balls can be done at any time while other team members are working on the other exercises, only one member at a time can work on wall balls. Time stops when all of the reps of the WOD and all wall ball reps are complete.
