Workout
"Tabata Time"

Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds of rest.
Where the first 8 intervals are Russian Kettlebell Swings 20/12 kg, the second 8 are Russian Twist 20/12 kg, the third 8 intervals are Burpees, and finally, the last 8 intervals are Reverse Lunges.

There is no rest between exercises.
