40 Squats with Plate 20/15 kg
200 meter Run with Plate 20/15 kg
40 Push Ups
40 Side Twists with Plate 20/15 kg
200 meter Run with Plate 20/15 kg
40 Plate Pass (back to back)
40 Lunges with Plate 20/15 kg

One partner works at a time while the other partner holds in the Plank position. Partners run together and trade off carrying the plate.
