Weightlifting:
1. 30 Hang Clean 50/30kg
2. 30 Sumo Deadlift High Pull 50/30kg
3. 30 Overhead Squat 50/30kg
4. 30 Deadlift 50/30kg
5. 30 Snatch 50/30kg
6. 30 Shoulder to Overhead 50/30kg
