1000 meter Row
50 Thrusters 20/15 kg
30 Chest to Bars

While athlete 1 Rows, athlete 2 grabs the bar @ bodyweight. Do 1 Deadlift and stay in hold position until failure. If athlete 2 drops the bar, athlete 1 stops rowing., etc. Once both athletes have completed the 1000 meter row, move onto the 50 thrusters and chest to bars in synchronization.
