“Can you lift an Elephant(s)?”

In buddy-teams:

A: 8 min Bench Press for total weight

Then 400 m buddy-run for time

*2 min Rest

B: 8 min Hang Power Cleans for total weight

Then 400m buddy-run for time

*2 min Rest

C: 8 min Wall Balls for total weight

Then 400m buddy-run for time

Note: choose a weight with your buddy.

Your score = weight x reps. Example: You and your buddy make 80 reps in 8 min with 50kg. 80 x 50 = 4000kg. Choose a weight you can make at least 5 unbroken reps with, but 10 or more could also work ????
